Delivery

Items will be delivered within 5 working days of your order being confirmed. This is subject to stock availability and courier fulfilment. We will contact you immediately in the unlikely event that there is an availability issue. We accept no responsibility for delays due to the Post Office/Royal Mail or any other courier.

Postage

All items will be dispatched via a reputable courier with full insurance, to give you peace of mind that all purchases are traceable and covered for or any loss/damage.

Refunds

We offer a full refund policy provided that you notify us of your intention to return the goods within 5 working days of delivery. Refunds will only be given if goods are returned in unused condition and with all tags and packaging within 21 days of delivery. Refunds will not include the cost of delivery. Liquorice Clothing will not be responsible for costs of returning items, unless they arrive with you in damaged condition.
